Who we are

If we’re going to be looking after your nearest and dearest it’s only right that you should know about us and why we’re the right choice for you.

Our primary focus has, and always will be, the delivery of person-centred care and support; with a determination to deliver this into the Homecare Marketplace in a way that exceeds expectation. We strive to guarantee the consistent and on-going support of some of the most vulnerable people in our society, allowing them the dignity of choice.

SureCare launched in 1994 and introduced domiciliary care in 1996 after spotting the enormous growth potential in that marketplace for a professional, trusted and regulated national provider to blaze the trail for quality care in the UK.

In 2006 The Claimar Care Group recognised how successfully we had been delivering our services and building our reputation as a trusted and professional provider of care services in the UK and acquired SureCare in October 2006. Three years later, in November 2009, The Claimar Care Group was in turn acquired by Housing 21, a social enterprise for older people that provides homes and services to enable people to enjoy a good later life.

We are now a significant part of Housing 21 – a UK based muti-million pound charity; with an outstanding reputation for putting clients needs at the centre of everything we do. We are very proud of SureCare’s reputation and the high levels of professionalism and service that our teams provide on a daily basis.

SureCare Oxfordshire received their CQC registration in November 2012. Since then they have had a random CQC inspection where they received a 5* rating.
